Why Cite Information?
(also known as a reference sheet or bibliography)
When you conduct research and want to use the information you read or learned you must identify where you found the information. Citing sources allows others to know which ideas or thoughts are your own and which you learned from other sources. A bibliography is a sheet of paper you include on an assignment that tells your teacher how you got your information.
